We press Apple & Co. with care and craftsmanship on our own farm, surrounded by the fruit trees of the orchards.
First the whole fruits are ground to a pulp by a special machine. Then, in a process traditionally used in Switzerland, the pulp is slowly ‘belt-pressed’ to the last delicious drop of juice.
A sieve then filters the juice, but not too much: only the larger fruit pieces get filtered out. Lots of fibres remain in the juice, where they contribute to lower cholesterol levels, improved digestion, and (so it is said) keep you looking young as long as possible. This is something we all can appreciate, isn’t it?
